Baringo County former Public Health Chief Officer Dr. Gideon Toromo has been arrested.
Kabarnet OCPD Francis Gachoki said they are holding Toromo awaiting his arraignment in court tomorrow for threatening to kill the county Director Administration and Planning Salome Tomno.
Toromo allegedly has been sending Tomno text messages threatening to kill him since November 2020.
The doctor who is out on a Sh70, 000 bond in December was charged with threatening to kill county payroll manager Francis Ayabei last month.

He had threatened the county payroll manager at the county headquarters in Kabarnet on November 25, 2020.
He faced another charge of assaulting Ayabei and causing him actual body harm.
Toromo was early this month fired by the County Government.
County Secretary, Francis Komen in a letter declined to renew Toromo’s secondment that expired on July 1, 2020.
