Hemingways Collection is set to re-open Hemingways Watamu after an 18-month Sh1.2 billion redevelopment project.
The property established in 1988 re-enters the market as a 39-room boutique hotel along with Hemingways Residences, a private residential development comprising 21 luxury apartments.
The hotel will also get full refurbishment, cementing its position in the property market.
The residences consist of one, two and four-bedroom apartments costing between Sh45 million and Sh140 million. Making the announcement, Hemingways Collection Group Operations Director Ross Evans said: “We are diversifying our product range based on market demands and the new international traveller trends.”
