The Jubilee Nominations Appeals Board has upheld Anne Waiguru's win as the party governor aspirant.
Ms Waiguru has been issued with the party nomination certificate, ultimately becoming the party's candidate in the August 8 General Election.
Meanwhile, the county's Jubilee Party chairman, Mithamo wa Sussana, has resigned to vie for the Ndia parliamentary seat.
Mr Mithamo was cleared by the Registrar of Political Parties to vie against Jubilee candidate George Kariuki, who won last week's nominations after beating the incumbent, Stephen Ngaria
