Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma has sacked four county ministers he believes are are not competent enough for office.
Citing lack of performance, Ranguma dismissed Eng Vincent K'Odera who was in charge of Roads and Planning, Barack Abonyo who has been in charge of Water, Energy & Natural, Stephen Orot in charge of Agriculture and Rhoda Obadha who has been in the office of Environment.
Abonyo was Ranguma’s personal assistant throught the 2013 General Elections.
