Narok North MP Moitalel ole Kenta has assured residents living in the cosmopolitan Narok town that nobody will be evicted during or after the August polls.
Mr Kenta dismissed rumours that members of certain communities would be evicted from the region if they failed to vote for Jubilee Party candidates.
Kenta, who ditched Jubilee to join ODM, said the rumours were meant to scare away non-Maasai voters.
He called for calm in the town and other trading centres in the area. [Robert Kiplagat]
