The report also shows that Jared Ratemo Mokua’s private parts were also severed.
Mokua,35 a supervisor with the taxman was abducted and strangled before his body was dumped off Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
The father of three worked as a supervisor in Kenya Revenue Authority's (KRA) Customs and Border Control Department, Consolbase Container Freight Services, Mombasa.
