Manchester United could make a shock move for Cesc Fabregas.

The Spaniard has failed to nail down a regular starting spot this term but turned in an excellent display against Swansea at the weekend.

Jose Mourinho brought Fabregas back to the Premier League at Chelsea after his stint at Barcelona.

And according to the Telegraph, United are keeping a close eye on the midfielder's situation.

AC Milan are leading the chase but they could face competition.
