A family in Nyalenda Estate is reeling in despair after their kin allegedly disappeared while in police custody.
The family of Felix Odhiambo claim they have visited all police cells, mortuaries and hospital wards but nobody seems to be aware of Mr Odhiambo's whereabouts two weeks after his arrest.
According to the family, Odhiambo was arrested at a food kiosk in Nyamsaria on the evening of November 15, 2015 in the company of a friend while taking tea.
The two were arrested by officers they could physically identify, who are based at Nyamasaria Police Station, and booked without the family members being informed.
Millicent Anyango, Odhiambo's wife, yesterday prayed at her Legio Maria church seeking God's guidance in her ordeal. She hopes her husband will eventually turn up.

Ms Anyango who visited Standard Group offices after the church service, carrying pictures of her husband, appeared disturbed and weary, seeking to know what could have become of the father of her three children.
"Do you think he could have been killed? Or they (police) have jailed him? I am yet to visit Kodiaga Prison, maybe I should check there later," Anyango said with her eyes fixed on her husband's portrait.
She said the family learnt of the arrest through friends, since police were of no help.
