Nairobi, Kenya: High Court in Nairobi has suspended closure of Moi University’s School of Law pending hearing and determination of a case they have filed.
Commission for Legal Education (CLE) had ordered closure of the institution for not meeting the required standards to offer legal education.
Judge George Odunga on Thursday granted the temporary orders allowing the school to continue with their program, against CLE, until the case is determined.
The case will be mentioned on October, 30 where both parties will be seeking for directions in the matter.
