Former Kenyan international Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo is the latest FKF Premier League coaching casualty after he was sacked by Posta Rangers on Thursday evening due to a series of poor results.
Former Harambee Stars Stanley Okumbi is now tipped to take over Omollo’s job.
Omollo, who hit the headlines a few months ago after he was appointed by Gor Mahia on a temporary basis to guide the club in the CAF Champions League, has been sent packing with his entire technical bench.
The 13th placed-Posta Rangers has had a stuttering start to the season that has seen them garner only ten points from 11 matches.
The decision came barely a day after the mailmen suffered a 1-0 defeat to Bidco United at Kasarani.

Confirming Omollo’s departure, Posta Rangers chairman John Tonui said: “It is true we have discontinued the services of the head coach and his technical bench due to poor results. We will announce a new coach on Monday.” Omollo has been at the club since 2019.
