Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia have confirmed Frank Ouna has resigned from his role as interim coach, just days after their head coach Frank Nuttall flew out of the country to join Egyptian giants Zamalek as an assistant coach.
Ouna’s resignation comes hours after K’ogallo was held to a 2-2 by Nairobi City Stars at the Nyayo National Stadium on Saturday.
Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier confirmed to the official club's website that the assistant coach resigned.
"Yes, its true our assistant coach Frank Ouna resigned just after the match at Nyayo," he said.

At the same time the club has threatened to report Frank Nuttall to the world governing body Fifa for breach of contract after reports emerged that the Scott had joined Egyptian giants Zamalek as assistant coach.
