A cyclist and his passenger ran for their lives after an angry snake lunged at them.
CCTV footage captured the shocking moment the spectacled Cobra sprang onto the bike before getting itself tangled around the wheel.
The startled men quickly leapt from the cycle and ran away in fear as the reptile struggled to free itself from the spokes.
The incident happened along the road in Telangana, southern India, at 3:50pm on February 9.
A local source said: "The breed of the snake was not confirmed but it is believed to be a spectacled Cobra.

"Neither of them were injured in the incident - but some parts of the bicycle were left damaged due to the fall."
The spectacled Cobra, also known as the Indian Cobra, is a deadly venomous snake in India and kills around 10,000 people every year, according to Hindustan Times.
Adult Indian Cobras can measure about four to seven feet in length and feed primarily on rodents.
