King Kaka's long-time sweetheart Nana Owiti has revealed that she unknowingly walked with a dead
In a step by step account on Instagram, Owiti disclosed that she “died a little” that April 1st during a routine hospital check-up when the sonographer said that the baby had no heartbeat.
