It seems Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s son has recovered after being taken ill at the Nairobi Hospital a week ago.
Satrin Osinya, Sonko’s adopted son developed complications after a 2014 surgery to remove a bullet lodged in his brain following a terror attack in Mombasa.
A seemingly healthy Osinya accompanied his adopted mother, Nairobi’s first lady Primrose Mbuvi in welcoming Ugandan businesswoman Zari Hassan to Kenya.
A video shared by Sonko’s daughter Saumu Mbuvi shows the four-year-old hand-in hand with his mother as she spoke with Zari.
Zari received a warm welcome from the Mbuvis with a fleet of branded, high-end cars welcoming her to the country.
They later shared a limousine ride, with the four-year-old constantly at Primrose’s side.
Osinya’s recovery comes as a relief to Governor Sonko who launched an appeal for Kenyans to join his family in prayers for the ill four-year-old.
“All watu wangu just join my family in praying for him. May he be healed in the mighty name of Jesus,” stated Sonko.
