James Kinyanjui is not happy with how he was treated by the conductor of a City Shuttle bus (KCB 477K) that operates between Nairobi and Malaa, along Kangundo Road.
Kinyanjui alleges the said conductor is rude, arrogant and lacks customer service skills.
“The conductor does not respect passengers at all. What is rather annoying is the vulgar language he uses to address passengers. Last week, he blatantly refused with my change and told me off,” he wrote.
He added that, “When other passengers intervened, he became violent and insulted everyone. I just dropped the matter because it’s not worth fighting over Sh50.”
Well, we hope City Shuttle management will follow up and take action.
