Robin Williams' ashes were reportedly scattered a day after he died near his home San Francisco Bay.
The tragic actor's death certificate shows what happened to his remains and states the cause of death is still "pending investigation", although it is thought he committed suicide.
The document from the State of California states a ceremony for the star, 63, was held on August 12, the day after his death and his ashes were scattered "in San Francisco Bay off the coast of Marin County." He had lived in the area for almost 50 years.

According to Radar Online, the death certificate also claims the funeral took place at Monte's Chapel Of The Hills in San Anselmo.
