STL is seeking to make the reality of making Kenyan music cause intentional ripples with the release of the Biashara remake which features Khaligraph and Kristoff and one that is already creating a buzz with flashy images of the video shoot hitting the Internet.
According to STL's manager, the video shoot that was meant to be done last year got delayed as STL was still busy recording and having other obligations contained in her recording contract with Universal Norway, making it difficult for her to be in the country.
“We already had plans to work with them (Khaligraph and Kristoff) from way back. We saw the potential they had but we were not really sure since they were still on the underground. The time is fit to ride along with the buzz they have created for themselves and create the synergy needed to take over Africa," said Tim Adeka, STL's business partner and Kenya manager.
With the video set to drop next Friday, the trio will soon embark on an Africa tour.
Meanwhile self-proclaimed ‘super-rapper, singer’ Visita is set to drop his first solo, Mapepo on the first Tuesday of August.
