Kenya Power and Lighting transformer at Kakamega town exploded forcing members of the public to run for their safety on Wednesday.
Later they realized there was free oil from the transformer they hurriedly stated siphoning the oil without knowing they were risking their lives.
This situation made a plain cloth police officer who was on patrol to arrest two people among them a freelance photographer who was at the side to take pictures.
