Our source whispered that the flamboyant and one of the “hard-working” CSs in the Jubilee administration made no secret of how the deal made the family and friends millionaires, something that could have irked the power that is.

The CS's brother and a prominent MP from North Eastern were the main beneficiaries of the deal. 

Grapevine has further learnt that the minister’s phoney deals could have also spoiled chances of a Chief Executive Officer of an independent commission, who was already tipped for CS slot in the new Cabinet.
