Supporters of a governor's seat in a county in Mt Kenya claim they have found an effective tool to silence their rivals.
They are said to have purchased about a dozen stun guns which they are using to deal with whoever opposes them.
On the other hand, the targeted are using this a proof that the elderly politician whom they have nicknamed the political Methuselah is intolerant of criticism and is a dictator who has been masquerading as a Democrat.
