St. Anne’s pupils demonstrate Nairobi after one of them was hit and killed by an Embassava matatu on Tuesday.
The pupils were further angered after A traffic marshall (commonly known as lollipop man) who used to help them cross the road was also ran over by a matatu on Wednesday morning at Mbotela area.
There was a massive traffic snarl-up along Jogoo Road due to the demonstrations.
Police have urged motorists to use alternative routes as the protests are still ongoing.
