Nairobi, Kenya: Spokesman Charles Owino is among 200 officers promoted to the rank of Commissioner of Police in the latest changes in command.
The 200 officers have been promoted in the mass promotions. They include 83 officers from Kenya police, 83 from Administration Police and 46 from CID.
The officers include Mary Omari, Rosemary Kuraru, Jasper Nyauma Ombati, Jackson Kimutai Rotich, Bernard Nyakwaka, Tom Odera, Richard Kerich, Patrick Tito, James Tito, Shem Nyamboki, Samuel Mukinda, Naomi Ichami, Jecinta Odhiambo, Samson Kine, Kipkemboy Rop, Agnes Okanga and Titus Yoma, Titus Karuri, David Orina Kerina, among others.
