The William Ruto we know is not different from the William Ruto we see on the media and during the State of the Nation addresses.
William Ruto was recently accused of being involved in the grabbing of Lang’ata school playground and his P.A was allegedly involved in the NYS scandal where he was mentioned by Former Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru.
Implicated also were close allies of William Ruto senator Kipchumba Murkomen and majority leader Aden Duale.

Why can’t we see him disassociate himself with them to show us that he is serious in winning the war on corruption?
