Concern has been raised by Kenyans over the years on the escalating rate of corruption, impunity and laxity at the emergency department of Kenya Power.

More importantly, our demand as stakeholders is that the company should without reservation adhere to the rule of law as stipulated in the Constitution.
The feedback mechanism in the emergency department must be completely streamlined and supervised at all times.
There should be an overhaul in the department if equitable, quality and effective service delivery is to be realised.
