Nairobi, Kenya: Two people including a bus driver were Thursday night killed in a cold blood carjacking incident in Nairobi.
The bus was headed for Githurai from the CBD six of the passengers turned out to be carjackers.
They first killed one passenger by throwing him out as they drove off after commandeering the bus.
Police say the gang then shot dead the driver during a confrontation as they robbed other passengers.

Five passengers were injured in the drama. And following the incident, buses plying Githurai route went on strike Friday morning demanding action from police.
Nairobi head of CID Nicholas Kamwende said they are pursuing the attackers.
"We don't know why they did that but efforts to get them are ongoing," he said.
Kamwende said the gang started throwing out passengers as the bus was moving after realising they were being followed by police.
The striking matatus blocked the roads as police negotiated with them.
