Nairobi, Kenya: The Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has directed that Kethi Kilonzo be charged as recommended by police investigators over voter registration saga.
Kethi will be charged next Tuesday jointly with others.
“DPP Tobiko perused through the file and made a decision that Kethi be charged jointly with other IEBC officials”, State Prosecutor Jacob Ondari told the court on Thursday morning.
Ondari and a lawyer, Julie Soweto, agreed before High Court Judge Lydia Achode to have Kethi present herself on Monday at the CID headquarters for her finger prints to be taken.
