Eighteen colleges will be in Mombasa from July 29 to August 2 for their annual Kenya Technical Institutions Sports Association (Ketisa) Games.
Ketisa assistant secretary, Jackton Mugalavai, said yesterday in Mombasa arrangements for the games have been completed.
He said participating teams from the institutions are expected in Mombasa on July 29 a day before the kick off of the games on July 30.
He said cross-country and rugby events would be held on July 30. Cross-country would be staged at Mombasa Polytechnic University College and rugby would tentatively be held at Mombasa Sports Club.
Athletics will be at Mombasa Municipal Stadium on July 31 and August 1. Kisumu hosted last year’s second term Ketisa games.
Among the colleges expected to give stiff competitions are Eldoret, Kisumu, Mombasa and Nairobi Polytechnic University Colleges and Kenya Teachers Technical College
