A businessman is seeking justice after six vehicles, which were meant to settle a debt, were not released to him despite a court order.
The dispute is between Intcon Africa Limited Director Harish Patel and businessman Yusuf Abdallah Abdi, who is allegedly disposing of the vehicles on behalf of another trader, Iftikar Ahmed, who owes Patel money.
The court had ordered that the sale of vehicles be stopped until the dispute is resolved
But Patel says that the order by the magistrate’s court has been ignored.

Patel says Ahmed owes him money, and he had agreed to settle the debt by giving him the six vehicles.
In 2016, Ahmed allegedly released four vehicles as partial payment and later released two vehicles. However, the vehicles never reached Patel despite him going to register them under his company’s name.
It is claimed that Abdi went ahead to sell one of the vehicles to Isaack Kipchirchir despite knowledge that Patel had its logbook.
