CIC Insurance has signed a partnership with garage owners in a bid to cut losses arising from excessive claims from private motor vehicle accidents.
CIC hopes the partnership with the Kenya Motor Repairs Association will create a structured programme to reduce and, where possible, eliminate losses in the sector.
“The issue of escalating private motor vehicle insurance claims is an insurance industry-wide problem,” said Group CEO Tom Gitogo.
