Childhood games are a great way to exercise as a family. Hopscotch is a simple childhood game requiring flat piece of ground, a stone and some chalk.
While this game can be played by people of all ages, it may not be advisable for those who have knee problems.
- Draw the hopscotch lines on the ground with chalk.
- Player 1 throws their stone on box 1 then hops over box one onto box 2 and on to the end and back.
- Each player has a turn, with the aim being to throw your stone in each box until the end.
- If your stone misses, the player goes back to start.
- To make it extra difficult, you cannot land on a box with a player’s stone in it
