Nairobi: Isiolo North Member of Parliament Joseph Samal was Tuesday hospitalised after he collapsed at the MPs lounge within Parliament building.
Samal was seated and conversing with fellow legislators waiting for the afternoon session when he collapsed. He is said to have been experiencing breathing problems.
He was rushed to hospital in a St John ambulance vehicle.
The House had convened to approve the nominee for IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati and his EACC counterpart Eliud Wabukala.
