NAIROBI, KENYA: The United States Ambassador to Kenya Robert Godec will on Saturday officiate 35th graduation ceremony of the United States International University in Nairobi.
The 35th academic year at The United States International University has come to a close and will be marked with a commencement ceremony on Saturday 17.
The total number of earned degrees awarded is expected to be about 1263, including 930 Bachelor degrees (304 Bachelor of Arts and 626 Bachelor of Science) and 333 Master degrees (43 Executive Master of Science in Organizational Development-EMOD, 68 Global Executive Master of Business Administration-GEMBA, 173 Master of Business Administration and 43 Master of Arts).
United States International University’s mission is to be the premier institution for academic excellence with a global perspective.
The University’s mission is to promote the discovery and application of knowledge, the acquisition of skills, and the development of intellect and character in a manner that prepares students to contribute effectively in an increasingly technological world.
The mission is achieved through selected high quality undergraduate and graduate academic programs which results in high order thinking, literacy, global understanding and multicultural perspective, leadership and ethics.
