How was the Mr World Kenya experience?
It opened a whole new world to me and boosted my confidence. It enabled me meet many people in the fashion industry, leading to many international and local connections. The event also humbled me and made me realise anyone can become whatever they want.

What challenges came with the title?
Juggling between books, modelling and events, and trying to adopt my new image, which requires gist, good looks, appearance and behaviour. It is not easy. And of course, there were times I had trouble with female fans. All in all, I had a good time.
What have you been up to since handing over the title?
I graduated as a veterinary surgeon a year ago from the University of Nairobi and I am now running PROJECTONEKENYA. The organisation deals with the youth, peace and animal welfare.
How do you spend your free time?
During weekends, you’ll find me catching up with friends or watching rugby.
Are you dating?
I am in a stable relationship and love my girlfriend. She has all the qualities I desire.
