Former Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter’s family celebrated a major milestone as his daughter, Tracy, exchanged vows with her partner, Robin, in a colourful wedding ceremony attended by family, friends and prominent public figures.
The ceremony brought together close relatives and guests who joined the couple in celebrating their union.
The bride looked elegant in a strapless flowing gown, while the groom wore a black tuxedo as they marked the beginning of their marriage.
