Leveraging technology, the camps offer patients free follow-up consultations with doctors via SMS and WhatsApp for up to six months.
Last Month, M-Pesa Foundation broke ground for a Sh60 million maternity unit at the Vihiga Referral Hospital which is expected to significantly improve health services.
The Foundation has also invested in education in the county with the most recent handover of school facilities to Gamoi Primary School and the groundbreaking of learning infrastructure at Chekomebero Special School.
