I will stay at PSG if they replace the Eiffel Tower with my statue- Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Those who know Paris Saint Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovi? know what to expect from him and that is expect the unexpected.

It is famously whispered in some quarters that he once wanted to join Arsenal during his early days as a young footballer. Arsene Wenger called him over for trials, Zlatan refused to kick a ball, saying that he does not do trials. As a result he never signed for Arsenal.

This is a man who often speaks in third person, as if Zlatan Ibrahimovi? is a different person. He launched his own perfume last year. He continues to baffle friends and foes in the streets in the media and on the pitch.

Now early this week, amid speculation that he may switch allegiances from Paris based PSG and move to a new team and city, he jokingly said that he may be tempted to stay with the French champions, if a statue of himself is erected in place of the city’s globally acclaimed iconic Eiffel Tower!
