Radio presenter turned singer Tanasha Donna has revealed that her ex-boyfriend Diamond Platnumz does not offer any form of child support hence,  her decision to raise their son by herself.

Speaking to Jalang’o on his YouTube channel, the mother of one made it clear that she does not want any form of child support from the Tanzanian star.

“I have been doing it all on my own, to be honest, I will be 100% honest with you. I’m very real and am not gonna say something that is not the case, given all the respect I have for him. He is not supporting; am doing it on my own and I don’t need his support, to be honest,” she said.

“I’m raising my son just fine, there is nothing that boy lacks in his life. He is fine,” she added.

This comes a few days after she revealed during an interview with Mseto East Africa that she’s on speaking terms with her baby daddy.

“By the way I and the father of my son are okay, we are in talking terms, we not enemies. Tuko sawa. We are in communication for our son and I respect him very much,” she revealed.

Tanasha said that they had sent a joint demand letter to a Tanzanian radio presenter who claimed to be the father of their son. After the said presenter came out to publicly apologize, they opted to drop the case.

“When you realize you have done a mistake and apologize, I believe everybody deserves forgiveness kwa hivyo nitamsamehe. We took it very seriously because it’s very wrong to come and claim another man’s child and a woman you have never spoken to in your life for stupid clout,” she said.

Immediately after their break up early this year, Tanasha unfollowed Diamond and his family on social media. She later explained it was an act of self-love as she never wanted anything that reminded her of her past relationship.

“You know when I left that relationship, unajua mimi niko na weakness ya kureact saa zingine, it’s one of my weakness. I felt like I following all these people nitakuwa na constant reminder of what I was going through,” she revealed.
