This particular site helps you buy and sell second-hand items online through their website.

“Very good and interesting and more so a helpful app. It’s good for doing online business. No ads on hanging and fast to access” Stated John Wanjiru, a customer.

Some customers, however, complained that it is difficult to distinguish between a genuine seller and a conman on this website.

These sites have tried their best to curb complaints that have, over time, been raised by online buyers.

These complaints range from delivery problems, misuse of time trying to find specific products, lack of sales assistance, and risk of fraud.

Others operate in the same field within the country, and they include Shopit (www.shopit.co.ke), which deals with household items and Masoko(www.masoko.co.ke) owned by mobile operator Safaricom and majorly deals with mobile phones.
