In celebration of her birthday, Hollywood sweetheart Lupita Nyong’o together with ‘Black Panthers’ co-star Danai Gurira threw a one of a lifetime birthday party. The two close friends go a long way with Lupita starring in ‘Eclipsed’ a Broadway play written by Gurira who also acted in it.
Falling on different dates, the two actresses banded their birthday celebrations with guests dressed in African themed outfits inspired by the Eddie Murphy movie.
Lupita turned 34 on 1st March while Gurira turned 39 on February 14th. But this did not stop the two gorgeous ladies from celebrating it their way this past weekend.

Amongst the celebrities who attended included Janelle Monae who stunned in a long African print halter dress.
