Little known Mombasa-based PMVA nominee Dazlah is enjoying massive back-up from as far as Dubai where a showbiz promoter Lizz Jahsolja is lining up his supporters to vote for him.
“I have been managing Dazlah and I like his Kide Kide video (featuring Susumila) that he has been nominated for in the Best Breakthrough Video category. We are voting heavily and we believe he deserves this award,” Lizz told Pulse in a phone interview.
Meanwhile, the Mombasa showbiz industry says it is fully behind Dazlah as “he represents us”. “He is a talented singer and we think he deserves to win,” Hassan Faisal, the CEO Coastal Films.
