Imagine bumping into pink dogs? Sounds creepy, right? Well, this is what Rongai residents woke up to last week.
A pack of pink dogs were spotted walking majestically in the town to the shock of residents.
Nobody came close to them fearing they were bad omen.
“It was shocking and disturbing. They caused a scene as residents took photos. The courageous ones tried throwing stones but the dogs were not moved,” said John Mwangi, a boda boda rider.

Lydiah Muthoni, a resident, said when she saw the dogs she took off.
“I have never seen such a thing in my life. Pink dogs? That was a first for me,” she said.
The Nairobian traced the dogs to their residence, a deserted corrugated house at Civil Servant’s estate along Gataki Road. There was paint on the floor and the dogs must have rolled on the paint.
