Nairobi and Nyanza counties still lead in the HIV/AIDs prevalence in Kenya.
This is according to this year’s Kenya HIV Prevention Revolution Road Map.
According to the Ministry’s statistics, more than 800, 000 out of the total 1.6 million people living with HIV/ AIDS reside in only 10 counties which are hard hit by the scourge.
HIV/Aids still remains the biggest problem because there are 101, 560 new infections each year and the counties in question lead in the spread of the virus.

The survey revealed the top 10 and the bottom 10 counties with high rates of HIV/Aids.
