A care home manager pointed at an elderly woman’s chest and said: “Look at those saggy t**s” in front of her family, a hearing heard on Thursday.
Patricia Thomas then added: “I say that to her every morning.”
The 48-year-old was suspended from the private home after complaints from the family of the woman, who is in her 80s.
The woman’s granddaughter told the Nursing and Midwifery Council hearing she was a “well respected lady” and would have been horrified.

Mrs Thomas denied making the comment at the home in Pontypridd, Glamorgan, in September 2012, or that her fitness to practice was impaired.
