Baby, why are you crying? This is a question I would ask my
baby whenever she cried. I am a first-time mum, so how on earth was I going to
figure out what could be the problem with her. The only way for kids to
communicate is by crying.
Causes of unexplained crying;
- Colic-baby
colic, also known as infantile colic, is when a healthy baby cries or
frequently fusses for a prolonged period of time. Some of the colic
symptoms which I noticed with my baby are Baby crying like she's in pain.
I controlled my baby colic by giving her bonisan.
- Hunger-
a hungry baby is an angry baby. The most common reason why babies cry is
because they are hungry. As a mother, you should learn to recognize your
baby signs of hunger. Some of the signs are when the baby starts to become
fussy and when they put their finger in their mouth.
- Dirty
diaper- a dirty diaper can be very irritating to your young one. It's
always advisable to change your baby's diaper frequently. A dirty diaper
can not only irritate your baby but can also cause serious infections.
- Sleep-
Sleep can be another cause that would make your baby cry. A little
swindling and a comfortable place to sleep would be the perfect remedy to
stop the crying.
- Wants
to be held- Most mothers tend to believe that holding a crying baby would
spoil him. You wouldn't spoil your baby just by carrying them. Babies
sometimes like to be cuddled.
Some prolonged crying in babies, especially after three
months, can be alarming. It's advisable to consult a doctor and get
professional advice on what could be the cause of the crying.
