Vicious political battle brewing between senator, MP from Luo Nyanza

A vicious political battle is brewing between a senator and second term MP from Luo Nyanza as they train their guns on the county’s top seat.

The two who have declared interest to succeed a governing serving his second term have launched smear campaigns against each other.

The senator was recently forced to fight allegations that implied that he was in a political war with Opposition leader Raila Odinga.

He was later overheard in Parliament saying his opponent was behind the propaganda against him.

The second term MP is said to be riding on claims that the veteran politician has not delivered much to the electorate despite having served in key positions to finish the man on the ground ahead of 2022 polls.
