Sirisia Member of Parliament (MP) John Waluke was arrested on Thursday by Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC) officials.
Mr Waluke was charged at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi with among others forgery and perjury.
Waluke is also the Director of Erad Supplies & General Contracts Limited.
The legislator is charged alongside Grace Sarapay Wakhungu where she is named together with Sirisia as directors of Erad Supplies and General Contracts Limited.
The two (Waluke and Wakhungu) are accused of fraudulently uttering a false invoice for Sh115,061,838 as evidence of an arbitration clash between their company and the board.

Waluke denied four counts of fraudulent acquisition of public property.
The legislator was initially held at Milimani Court Basement cells.
