Renowned MP panics after President Uhuru nominates rival

A renowned MP is said to be a very distressed man.

This is after his perennial competitor was recently appointed to a plum job in government, despite him expressing reservations to the powers that be over the nominee.

Sources have told Grapevine that after President Kenyatta declared that he had nominated the man, the legislator went into panic mode.

He is understood to have told some of his friends that his political 'death certificate' had been signed with the nomination of his nemesis.

The MP is yet to congratulate the nominee who is set to start work anytime soon.
