Kenya Police have launched a manhunt for a man who was captured on CCTV cameras aiming what appeared to be a firearm at them before Raila’s ‘swearing-in’ ceremony started at Uhuru Park on January 30.
Through a post on Twitter, the Kenya Police Service said the man aimed the firearm at police vehicles before the NASA event began and intended to shoot at them.
They then uploaded a video showing the mysterious man holding the ‘firearm’ aiming at something.
