Former TJRC Chair and Ambassadoe Bethuel Kiplagat has passed on at Nairobi hospital this morning. He was aged 81.
He was known for his hard work, being a family man and a dedicated person. He is hailed and seen as a hero, having overseen many negotiations that took place in many countries.
