Top Central Kenya aspirant in trouble after biting more than she could chew

Too much political ambition, Ugandan thespian John Ruganda once wrote kills a man.

One politician in Mt Kenya is belatedly learning this after biting more she could chew.

Word is that the politician had taken a loan of Sh15 million and used some of the money to campaign. When the bankers demanded their money back they were not amused to learn that the politician could not pay.

She pleaded with her lenders to wait for the general elections on August 8 but her pleas were ignored.

Now with only days to the polls, she has been rendered homeless after she was evicted from the house she had used as security.

Worse still the marriage is on the rocks and her campaigners are unhappy because the taps have run dry.
